We stayed here after the value was better than a well known chain . We certainly were not disappointed . Arrived on a very cold night . Room was lovely . Huge . Spotless . Kettle provided along with some biscuits . Bathroom was again tastefully done and clearly newly renovated . Would definitely return again

The hotel is beautiful I can't speak for all rooms we stayed in a deluxe double and it was beautiful loads of space really comfy bed clean and warm location is brilliant right in the centre and easy to find we really enjoyed our stay and will be back

The location of this hotel was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Staff were welcoming on arrival. Breakfast was really good too!

Central very comfortable hotel, good breakfast and lovely staff. Bit surprised we had to pay £15 for parking as we were residents, this was the only thing that would put us off going back.

Superb location in the heart of Harrogate town centre with a direct 8 minute walk from the railway station (really no need for a taxi). Hotel located In the midst of the shopping centre and near Bettys Tea room and other eating places. Rooms on the side of the hotel offer an excellent view of the town and the Cenotaph square. Good bedside lighting.Good breakfast. Lovely panoramic views of the town and beyond can be viewed from the 5th floor where breakfast is served.

I had to change rooms as one of the rooms was simply too hot. However the colleagues made this happen without a bother. They were super apologetic (over something that wasn’t their fault) and saw to it promptly. The rooms were spacious yet cosy. Very clean and practical for my stay. The colleagues in the breakfast area, are without a doubt attentive. You could tell they enjoyed their job and made the atmosphere really welcoming. The breakfast food itself was really good too. The trial breakfasts of avocado went down a treat.

The room was lovely, a little tired decor wise but we had a fabulous view of the front and side of the hotel, from each large window. Thick heavy curtains made for a great night sleep and the bed was really comfy. The shower wasn't very powerful, no good for washing long, thick hair, but the bathroom was really clean. You do need to take your own toiletries, as the ones provided are limited. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very polite and welcoming. Parking is limited but we were lucky and got a space outside of the hotel. We would definitely go again. Good value for the price and excellent location.

Well appointed room. Very helpful reception staff. Fabulous location. Ability to park if a space available. Having an ice bucket and champagne glasses in the room as requested. Had a lovely birthday card left by the hotel staff in the room on arrival, a very nice touch

Location was extremely central, right next to lots of shops, restaurants and bars, and less than 5 mins to the train station. Lobby and restaurant looked very nice. Even though we didn’t eat here, it smelt delicious! Comfortable beds.

The hotel was perfect, very modern and bang in the centre of Harrogate (you couldnt get any nearer if you tried) . The staff were friendly and the service was second to none. The hotel was immaculate clean and we even ate in their restaurant on the evening -The Pickled Sprout, followed by drinks in their bar. The Garden Room is lovely and very private. The food was amazing and the portions were huge. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and we were met and greeted by Harry who ive got to say is a huge credit to the hotel. He welcomed every single guest to their seats, introduced himself and Adam to everyone. There was nothing he couldnt do to help accommodate all the guests into his restaurant. The Yorkshire tea mugs were a small joke at the breakfast table and very fitting to the hotel. Could not fault the hotel at all - will definitely be back.
